Negroni Week, Finale

So this ends the week long celebration for that libation that marries bitter and sweet in one cocktail, all things Negroni! Along with my fervent penchant for vino, my love for all things Negroni will also continue so I leave you with a final rendition of the Bitter Red...

This once again hails from Jeff Faile, mixologist at Casa Luca or the Negroni of Love:

Negroni D'Amore

1 and 1/2 ounces Ransom Old Tom Gin

1 ounce Cocchi Barolo Chinato

1 ounce Kina L'Avion D'Or

Combine ingredients in an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, stir to combine, and garnish with orange peel.

So even if bittersweet libations aren't your cup of tea, just sample one for curiosity's sake. You may end up like me and hooked for life...
