Starting bright and early on a Monday morning for Negroni Week 2022, we have a Cold-Brew Coffee Negroni from Edd Siu of Vespr Coffeebar in Orlando. Since I usually have my weekly supply of cold brew that I always make on Saturdays and it's usually a strong brew (and I always have Campari and sweet vermouth in my liquor cabinet), this is the perfect pick-me-up on a Monday morning... ok, if you're still part of the workforce, just wait until you get home. The bitterness in the coffee and Campari seem to cancel each other so this would be the perfect libation with chocolate desserts.
1 & 1/2 ounce strong cold-brew coffee
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet, red vermouth
