Day #2 gives us Dante's Negroni Bianco from Naren Young of Dante in New York City. It substitutes Quinquina for Campari and two types of white vermouth for the standard red vermouth. It's a little more refreshing with lemony notes instead of Campari's bitter orange notes.
1oz gin
0.5oz bianco vermouth (Martini & Rossi)
0.5oz dry vermouth (Noilly Prat)
1oz Quinquina apperitif
2 dashes lemon bitters
1 dash Verjus (optional)
