Day #3 gives us a riff on the traditional Negroni Sbagliato which substitutes prosecco for gin. With today's Negroni di Aquila from Nathan Ozug of Longman & Eagle in Chicago, Campari is also swapped out for it's sister, Aperol. With prosecco and Aperol, it also could be considered a riff on the traditional Aperol Spritz. I didn't have prosecco so I swapped it for sparkling rose.
