Shaken in my Elevated Craft cocktail shaker then strained into an ice filled Tom Collins glass... (okay, I used the large Picardie glass)... then topped with 4 ounces of Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher...
The Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher is a non-alcoholic club soda infused with hops...
And garnished with Crystallized Ginger...
Mixed lightly then serve... A refreshing beverage and you hardly notice the gin...
