Ichigo is Japanese for strawberry so this Negroni variant uses the strawberry infused Awayuki gin - Awayuki strawberries are more than $80 per pound so the distillery purchases the misshapen fruits for their gin. The Ichigo-Ni also uses strawberry infused Campari, limoncello and Fragoli strawberry liqueur...
