Since it's been a while, Ms S stopped by KBay Bros in Kaneohe (there's now a 2nd location at Stadium Mall) for lunch. We always get a tray of their "bombs" or inarizushi - this day she selected the imitation crab (they also make a spicy ahi bomb)...
She also selected some of favorites including the Hamachi Poke...
The Rainbow or "Kalakoa" Poke with salmon, hamachi, ahi and sea salad... It comes with their ponzu sauce but I didn't add it before taking the photo...
And the Paina Poke with ahi poke topped with imitation crab salad...
As well as one of my favorites, the Tofu Poke with quickly fried firm tofu, watercress, green onion and ogo in a shoyu based sauce...

I also had a bag of frozen Smoke Meat that Ms S previously purchased from KBay Bros so I sauteed it with sliced onions...
