It’s been one of those weeks (or even longer) where you just want a nice bottle of bubbly. We just purchased a bottle of NV rose from our friendly neighborhood wine purveyor, J. Lassalle Rose for $46. Baked apple with hints of spice and a touch of citrus curd on the nose with loads of poached pear, baked apple and hints of dried red fruit on the palate with a long finish!.
