Tiny Bubbles…

Charles Heidsieck Rose 1985
Probably the last time I’ll have this magnificent rose since its getting harder to find. Baked, spiced apples and dried orange peel with a touch of toffee on the nose with a rich mouth feel and flavors of citrus curd and marmalade with a moderately long finish.

Diebolt Vallois Brut NV
From a grower-producer with fresh lemon and hints of spice on the nose with a richer mouth feel that the nose would indicate. Nice full body with citrus curd and a moderately long finish.

Dom Perignon 1998
With grapefruit and lemon zest on the nose and mixed citrus on the palate with a long finish. Lighter than previous vintages but still very good.

Ariston Brut 1996
Another grower-producer with loads of baked citrus curd and marmalade on the nose and palate. Very full bodied with a very long finish.
