We had our final meal in the city at the Mayflower Park Hotel's own restaurant, Andaluca. Since we didn't need to check out until 12pm, we decided to dine in house and just charge it to the room. Andaluca offered standard faire so I selected the Smoked Salmon Benedict. Nice smoky, salty salmon to balance the rich Hollandaise.
I also ordered a side of Pork Sausage which was you standard pork sausage
The Mrs selected the Belgian Waffles
And a side of Scrambled Eggs (I still haven't convinced her that runny yolks is the way to go...)
Well, our flight back to HNL wasn't until 7:45pm so we do have to find something to do after checking out...
