Last Bowl of Ramen @ Slurp

We make a final trek over the Koolaus to have lunch at Slurp, Vino's daytime "pop-up" restaurant serving ramen for the downtown lunchtime crowd. If you've never sampled the ramen at Slurp, this is what the menu looked like..

We started with several Crispy Pork Belly Bao...

Along with a solitary Steamed Pork Belly Bao...

And the Yakitori Sticks...

Our dining companions all chose the Tan-Tan Ramen

While I selected the Oxtail Ramen - there were only two orders left when we arrived. Since it was their last day, Chef Keith didn't want to make the broth for the Tonkotsu Ramen and they were out of Kim Chi...

The Mrs started with the Chinatown Duck Ramen...

Then moved onto the Crab Ramen (I helped her a little with her 2nd bowl)... thankfully, you can still get a version of this ramen at Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar...

We arrived a little before 11:00am when they open and by 12:10pm, Chuck announced to everyone in the dining room that the absolute last bowl of ramen was served... :(... :(... :(...
