No, those aren't the V-Day flowers. They're simply orchids we received at the I's son's wedding reception about 1 and 1/2 years ago. I just had to get a picture because it's a miracle that the plant is still alive... and blooming...
I did purchase this piece of tenderloin from J-Shop... 20% off through the 3-Day... A5 Miyazaki wagyu no less...
Bake at 250 degrees for 54 minutes (until it was 122 internal)...
Then enjoy... it literally melted in the mouth...
Of course, need some surf too so I cut some wild salmon....
Sampled with Koshi no Kanbai's newest sake...
Also had to have a red for that luscious tenderloin... Of course, back to the workweek...
