Ok, I'm not just posting this because the Mrs LOVED her Valentine's Day gift...
I'm posting this because the seets from Valerie Confections ranks among the TOP THREE I've sampled... EVER!
For starters, the Gingersnaps aren't your usual crisp, cracker-like cookie but it had a great outer snap (crust) with a very tender inner crumb... almost like straight outta the oven consistency...
Then the Chocolate Truffle with that nice bittersweet exterior and soft ganache filling...
Of course, the Chinese New Year special with the perfect exterior and melting, almost mousse-like interior...
Rounding out with the Mint Petit Four... words can't describe the tender inner crumb cake layer surrounded by the perfect semi-sweet shell with the burst of fresh, sugar coated mint leaf...
Definitely in the TOP THREE choclatier confections we've EVER sampled... And just about $15 for standard shipping to the 50th... we are SO ORDERING this again from Valerie Confections...
