Negroni Week, Day 6

Heading into Day 6, today's Negroni variant is the Continental which uses more gin and swaps the bitter Campari with an almost equally bitter Cynar, an herbal liqueur made from artichokes and only dry, white vermouth. I assumed this wouldn't appeal to Ms S but while she admitted it was high octane, enjoyed it none-the-less... guess I've created another lush in the household...
