Since today marks the start of Negroni Week, in tribute to that "other" Italian classic Dean Martin, a That's Amore Sotto Negroni with reposado tequilla, dry & sweet vermouth and Campari & amaro... quite tasty if I say so myself almost like when the moon hits your eye...
