While we lived in the Bay Area some 30+ years ago, I always purchased Anchor Steam's holiday special brews. Sometimes there was a touch of Christmas tree (pine) on the nose and palate, other times it was like mixing eggnog in the brew. The 2022 version simply has just a touch of warm spices on the nose - a little nutmeg, perhaps some allspice but drinks like the standard Anchor Steam...
