Day #2 of Negroni Week 2023

Today's negroni is the Negroni Frappe courtesy of Naren Young, Creative Director of Dante in New York. It combines equal parts of London dry gin, Meletti Bitter (in place of Campari), sweet vermouth and fresh orange juice. The orange juice replaces the bitter orange notes in Campari and it's served over crushed ice. My icemaker doesn't have a crushing function so I simply used cubes...

0.75oz London dry gin
0.75oz Meletti Bitter
0.75oz sweet vermouth
0.75oz fresh orange juice
3 dashes of orange bitters

Shake in a cocktail shaker then strain into a footed highball glass over crushed ice. Kanpai!
