Day #3 of Negroni Week 2023 brings us the Golden Negroni using equals parts of a botanical gin, Amaro Angeleno (in place of Campari) and dry vermouth (in place of sweet vermouth). I personally like to serve this libation in a coupe with a twist of lemon.
1oz botanical gin
1oz Amaro Angeleno
1oz white vermouth
Stir over ice then strain into a coupe. Express the oil then drop in a twist of lemon peel. Okole Maluna!
