The midpoint of Negroni Week 2023 brings us the Negroni Verte which is my interpretation of a negroni I sampled at Bouchon Bistro in Yountville. Their menu listed the liquor in the libation but I had to come up with the proportion of each. 2oz Magellan gin
0.5oz Suze
0.5oz Green Chartreuse
Stir over ice then strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel. A Voitre Sante!
