The last day of Negroni Week 2023 brings us my own creation, the NuGroni. With just a splash of gin, white vermouth and two red amaro, Bonanto from Spain and Aperol from Italy with several dashes of Vanilla Cherry Bark bitters. Until next year's Negroni Week, Slainte!
0.5 oz London dry gin1 oz white vermouth
1 oz Bonanto
0.25 oz Aperol
2 dashes cherry vanilla bitters
Stir with ice then strain into a rocks glass
