After we picked up Ms C from her short vacation in San Diego, she wanted to treat us to lunch and Merriman's had a table right after her flight home so we had a late lunch at Merriman's. We started with a round of cocktails including Ms S' No Ka Oi with Fid Street gin, Thai basil, lime and honey-lilikoi egg white froth... I though it was better than my libation...
Ms C tried the Mai Tai after we told her that Merriman's make the BEST Mai Tai on the island especially with that honey-lilikoi foam...

Merriman's is still one of our go-to restaurants as it's AIR CONDITIONED, have good prices during the two hour Happy Hour, the food is good and the service is always spot on... so yes, we'll be back...
