On the 3rd day of Negroni Week 2024, we have an Island Time created by Courtney McKamey of Weather Up. Dark rum replaces the gin and there's also a little banana liqueur in the mix. Sweeter than the traditional Negroni but still delicioso!

1oz dark rum
1oz Cocchi di Torino red vermouth
0.5oz Campari
0.5oz banana liqueur
Stir over ice then strain into a rocks glass with a large sphere of ice and garnish with a lime twist
