Midway through Negroni Week 2024, we have one of my favorite variations, the Apple Negroni which I specifically use Nolet gin plus a touch of apple brandy, the usual Campari and a 2nd bitter, Cynar which comes from artichokes.

1.5oz Nolet gin
0.75oz apple brandy
0.5oz Campari
0.5oz Cynar
Stir over ice then strain into an Old Fashioned glass and garnish with an apple slice
