On the final day of Negroni Week 2024, we have a variant straight from the 50th, the Negroni Hawaiiana created by Jen Ackrill which uses the breakfast favorite, POG or passion fruit, orange and guava juice plus orgeat (a sweet almond based syrup) and fresh lime juice... it's like a Hawaiian puch with a touch of bitterness...
Okole Maluna!
1oz POG (passion fruit, orange, guava juice)
0.75oz gin
0.75oz red vermouth
0.5oz orgeat
0.5oz lime juice
0.25oz Campari
Pour everything into a double Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
So that concludes Negroni Week 2024 but you can bet that it never ends for this household...
